BELFAST, Maine —  To assist grantwriters, the University of Maine Hutchinson Center will offer the workshop, Writing Winning Grant Proposals:  Nuts, Bolts  and Assembly 8:30 a.m.-4 p.m. Monday and Tuesday, Aug. 13-14, at the center. A continental breakfast, lunch and all workshop materials will be included.

Dr. Frank Burtnett, veteran educator and nonprofit organization executive, will teach the workshop.
