CAMDEN, Maine — The Windjammer Barbershop Chorus of Camden will present a free concert at 2 p.m. Sunday, July 22, at the Rockville Community Chapel, 87 Old Rockland St. The chorus is directed by Kathy Robitaille with assistant director Granville Ames. The chorus usually consists of 18 members and has been in existence for about 15 years.  They rehearse at 7 p.m.  Mondays at the Lion’s Den in Camden.   Members travel from as far away as Nobleboro, Alna, Washington, South Thomaston and Belfast.

At the concert lemonade and home-baked goods will be available for purchase during intermission.  Donations will be accepted at the door.  Proceeds will benefit the continuing renovation of the chapel and to help pay down a loan necessary for the new roof and repairs to the belfry.
