BANGOR, Maine — The schedule for the UMS board of trustees meeting taking place Monday, July 9, at the System headquarters located at 16 Central St., has been changed and will commence at 12:45 p.m.  It was scheduled to begin at 2 p.m. A series of board committee meetings will take place that morning, timing on those meetings also has been slightly changed. The revised agenda is posted at
