AUGUSTA, Maine — Col. (P) James D. Campbell, adjutant general for the Maine National Guard, has announced promotions to the designated ranks for these Maine Army National Guard members:
• Jeremiah Anton, specialist, Norridgewock, 136th Engineer Company.
• Dwayne Smart Jr., private first class, Canaan, Detachment 1, 262nd Engineer Company.
All were promoted in August.
