ORONO, Maine  —  Consigli Construction Co., Inc.’s Portland office has completed the renovation of the University of Maine’s Neville Hall Data Center, a mission critical facility located at the UMaine campus in Orono.

UMaine is the premier research institution in Maine and the only one to have large-scale, pilot-plant capabilities among its research facilities.

The full modernization and renovation of the Neville Hall Data Center includes new electrical and mechanical systems and upgrades, dedicated fire protection and fire alarm systems, exterior lighting, landscaping and paving improvements. The 24-hour facility remained in constant operation, occupied by students, faculty and staff during the multi-phased construction.
