BANGOR, Maine — Realty of Maine is pleased to announce a new initiative called “Realty of Maine Cares.” As part of their dedication to giving back to the communities in which they work, Realty of Maine will be donating $1,000 each and every month to non-profit organizations in the areas served by their seven offices.
For May 2013, “Realty of Maine Cares” has chosen to make donations to two causes: Stepping Stones and the Senior League World Series. Stepping Stones is a Maine-based organization that provides programs to support child and family welfare throughout the state. The Senior League World Series is an annual summer Little League baseball tournament that brings high school baseball players aged 15-16 from around the world to Bangor, Maine in hopes of winning the coveted title.
Realty of Maine is comprised of approximately 120 agents statewide. In addition to the Bangor headquarters, Realty of Maine has offices in Belfast, Ellsworth, Newport, South China, Brownville and Winter Harbor. The mission of Realty of Maine is to be mid-coast, central and down-east Maine’s first choice for residential, commercial, investment and recreational property sellers and buyers.
“Our success will be complete only by remembering to give back to our community which we love and in which we strive to make a better place with each and every person we serve,” says Dave Sleeper, owner and designated broker of Realty of Maine.
