GARLAND, Maine — A pie judging and bread baking contest in conjunction with Garland Days will be held at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 6, at the Garland Grange Hall, Oliver Hill Road.
Garland Days will be held at 7 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7 at the Garland Grange Hall with a concert by Abbott Hill Rambler. Admission $5, with proceeds to benefit the Garland Days Committee.
The Grange will host Beano from 11 am. to 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 8, sponsored by the American Legion and held at the Grange Hall. They will also hold their Grange supper at 5 p.m. The menu consist of macaroni and cheese, hot dogs, breads and homemade desserts. All you can eat for $7 per adult, $3 for children ages 5-12 and under age 5, free. Takeout is available. Benefits Garland Grange Building Projects.
Breakfast will be served from 7 to 10 a.m. Sunday, Sept. 9 at the Grange. Admission is $6 for adults, $3 for children, under age 5 free. Menu includes eggs made to order, bacon, sausage, home fries, toast, juice and coffee. Also on Sunday, the Grange will host Beano sponsored by the American Legion from noon to 3 p.m.
