Paradis Shop N Save in Fort Kent sponsored a golf Tournament on June 9 that raised $7,000 for United Way of Aroostook and raised $7,000.  Taking part in the check passing ceremony are (from left) Judy Doustou, Craig Paradis, Claudia Stevens, Dawn Daigle and Denis Paradis.

FORT KENT, Maine — Paradis Shop n Save in Fort Kent held its second annual golf tournament on June 9 to benefit United Way of Aroostook. Organizers report that $7,000 was raised. These funds will benefit 23 agencies throughout Aroostook County and help families most in need.

Winners in the tournament were:

1st Place Gross: Judy Doustou, Jacque Ouellette, Martin Collins, Kevin Pelletier and Marco Viele.

1st Place Net: Judy Doustou, Michael Bouchard, Bert Boucher, Lupita Albert and Dale Dubay.
