ORR’S ISLAND, Maine — An open house and art-making party will be held 2-5 p.m. Sunday, July 22, at Capt. Morrill’s, 1825 Harpswell Islands Road. Rain date is Sunday, July 29.

Make a pot on the potter’s wheel. Leave your mark on a community banner. Paint a fish stick. Decorate a lobster buoy. Tell a story. Read a poem aloud. Rather get creative with rocks, shells and recyclables. Design a wall hanging. Make a beverages, appetizers or a scholarship contribution.
