Bean is available for adoption

BRUNSWICK, Maine — The Coastal Humane Society will waive the adoption fee for all cats 6 months or older during October in its “Adoptober” adoption promotion.

More than 65 cats are up for adoption, and more will follow.

“We have cats of every size, shape, color and personality up for adoption. We guarantee you’ll find the perfect pet.” said Karen Stimpson, executive director of Coastal Humane Society.

The cats have been spayed or neutered, are up to date on vaccinations and have received plenty of love and care during their time at the animal shelter.

Adoptable cats may be viewed at www.coastalhumanesociety.org.

The society also has kittens, dogs, rabbits and small animals up for adoption.

The shelter is located at 30 Range Road in Brunswick. It is open noon-6 p.m. daily, closed Wednesdays.  For information, call 207-725-5051  or visit the website.
