BELFAST, Maine — Peaceful Nest Yoga is pleased to announce its official opening in Belfast this March. Inspired by the Dalai Lama’s notion that world peace begins by starting in one’s own home, the studio specializes in prenatal, postnatal, baby, kids, tween/teen and family classes. Classes for homeschool families, private groups and adults of all ages are also planned.
As an experienced yoga teacher and mother of two budding yogis both of whom struggled mightily with colic as infants, owner Nicole Magnan Caruso felt compelled to create a peaceful sanctuary for families where they could take pause from the stressors of daily life and nurture loving connections amongst each other.
“Yoga provides us with so many wonderful tools for cultivating mindfulness, inner peace and connection. It has such relevance for us as individuals, as families, and, ultimately, as communities. Our highest hope is that the gifts of yoga translate into life ‘off the mat’,” says Magnan Caruso.
Peaceful Nest Yoga classes are held in the Waterfall Arts building at 256 High Street in Belfast. For more information and to register for classes, visit them at www.peacefulnestyoga.com or contact at firstname.lastname@example.org
