Meredith Bordeaux (left) of Mount Desert celebrated his 100th birthday on Oct. 4.  Maine Sen. Brian Langley  presented him with a Legislative Sentiment from Maine’s 125 Legislature.  The sentiment reads: “In Honor of Meredith Bordeaux of Mount Desert upon celebrating his 100th birthday on October 4, 2012. Meredith served in the House of Representatives representing Mount Desert in the 109th and 110th Legislatures where he served on the Joint Standing Committee on Local and County Government and the House Committee on Ways and Means. Meredith is also a Shriner of Anah Temple and a part of the Scottish Rights. We congratulate Meredith on reaching this milestone and wish him well on his birthday.”
