Maine Army National Guard promotions, Penobscot County

AUGUSTA, Maine —Brig. Gen. James D. Campbell, adjutant general for the Maine National Guard, has announced promotions to the designated ranks for these Maine Army National Guard members:

• Lawrence Anderson , sergeant, Lincoln, 286th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion.

• Gregory Milliken, sergeant, Orono, 1/126th Aviation Regiment.

• Rachel Ellis, specialist, Newport, 136th Engineer Company.

• Jason Smith, private first class, Prentiss Township, 136th Engineer Company.

All were promoted in September.
