BANGOR, Maine — Maine Internet Radio is happy to announce that longtime local radio personality Paul Dupuis has joined the MIR team. Paul has worked for more than 15 years in radio in Bangor at WQCB Q 106.5 and WBFB, 104.7FM The Bear. Paul will leave his country roots behind as he becomes the host of the Coastal Café- presented by The Bangor Daily News, (www.coastalcafe.me) playing the tremendous variety of adult alternative music.
“I’ve always loved being behind the microphone, and this new adventure will allow me to continue my passion for talking with listeners and sharing information,” says Dupuis.
Maine Internet Radio currently features six streams:
The Rebel playing the rocking hits of the 80’s, 90’s and 2000’s.
The Alt Vault with Cori Skall which cranks out the best alternative rock of the past 25 years.
The Jet-presented by Bangor Savings Bank, with Sky Taylor featuring up-tempo contemporary hit music with no hip hop or old rock mixed in. The Jet is the perfect mix of music to make your work day fly by.
Mainely 80’s- presented by McDonalds, plays the hits of the 80’s with a few 70’s tossed in hosted by Dan Cashman.
The Ocean Blues, 24/7 Blues music for Maine.
The Coastal Café, hosted by Paul Dupuis, plays an alternative blend of music from some artists you know and some you might not.
All streams can be accessed through www.maineinternetradio.com . The streams present CD quality audio and work on all devices including phones, tablets, laptops and desktop computers.
