ELLSWORTH, Maine — On Oct. 1, Kevin DiDonato, owner of Human Performance Lab and Wellness Center, will host “The Sprint To The Holidays Transformation Challenge,” a 28-day fitness and weight loss challenge.
“The purpose of the challenge is to empower and motivate people to reach their fitness goals, recapture their bodies, and feel great about themselves and their accomplishments,” explains Kevin DiDonato, a certified fitness professional and founder of Human Performance Lab and Wellness Center a fitness studio designed to get people together to have fun, get in a great workout, and nurture positive body changes and fitness goals in a supportive environment.
“Our people spend their time taking care of others and inadvertently put their own well-being on the backburner. My goal is to help people take care of themselves, and through this 28-Day challenge, I will hold participants by the hand and show them exactly what they need to do in order to achieve permanent results,” he said in a prepared statement. Contestants will follow the 28-Day Challenge Manual and receive 4 weeks of online support, daily workouts, and nutritional tips.
Challenge winners will be determined not only by their physical transformation but also by a brief essay about the impact that the Transformation Challenge and their accomplishments have on their life.
The 28-Day Sprint to the Holidays Transformation Challenge begins on October 1st and registrations are currently being accepted.
