BANGOR, MAINE – Husson University will host celebrated Mexican author

and physician from Washington, D.C. Dr. Margarita Kullick at 7 p.m. Thursday,

Sept. 13, in the Gracie Theatre.

Dr. Kullick will share her life’s experiences and observations that

led her to write her first book, La Hora Del Perdon, inspired by the

people and friends she made during her travels and work from Mexico to

India, to the United States, and to Japan.

Dr. Kullick’s book will be available for sale at the lecture.  All

proceeds from the book will go towards a scholarship foundation for

Latino youths in the Washington, D.C. area.

Members of the community are welcomed and encouraged to attend.  The event is being held free of charge.
