BUCKSPORT, Maine — The public is invited to tour the new addition to the Bucksport Regional Health Center at 110 Broadway. An open house for the new 7,500-square-foot addition will be held at 5:30 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 12.

The center serves more than 8,000 residents in the Bucksport region, providing medical, dental and mental health services. The $2,459,000 cost for the new addition was funded through grant money from the HRSA Capital Building Fund.

The open house will include a tour of the 30,000-square-foot facility, and an opportunity to meet the medical providers and support personnel, administrators and board members.
