BANGOR, Maine — Penobscot Community Health Care announced that the providers and staff of Capehart Community Health Center, 86 Davis Road, have achieved Level III Certification as a Patient-Centered Medical Home by the National Committee for Quality Assurance, the highest level awarded for NCQA Certification.
