PORTLAND, Maine —  On Sunday, Sept. 16, a plate dinner will be held at the Maine Irish Heritage Center, 34 Gray St. in Portland.

Doors will open at 5:00 p.m. on Sunday and dinner will be served at 5:30 p.m. Dinner will be prepared by local Peruvian Chefs Maria, Crystal, and Heather Cron.  Vegetarian and gluten free options will be available.

The dinner will feature a presentation by Portland City Councilor David Marshall on the history and future of streetcars in Maine.

Proceeds will benefit the Maine Green Independent Party.  All are welcome.

The cost is $20 at the door.
