Federal contracts awarded by federal agencies in Maine

WASHINGTON, D.C. — The following are federal contracts awarded by federal agencies based in the state of Maine  for the week of Aug. 8-14:

  • General Dynamics Bath Iron Works, Bath,  was awarded a $9,011,625 federal contract by the Supervisor of Shipbuilding, Conversion, and Repair, Bath, Maine, to provide material and labor in support of the post-shakedown availability for USS Independence. Place of performance will be in San Diego.
  • Lancs Industries Holdings LLC dba Lancs Industries, Kirkland, Wash., won a $103,298.70 federal contract from the U.S. Naval Supply Systems Command, Kittery, for lead shielding.
