PORTLAND, Maine — Carr, PE, RS, LEED-AP, will lead an educational session titled, “Condo Maintenance Planning,” at the April 5, 2014, Essentials of Community Association Leadership event in Portland. The full-day seminar is sponsored by New England Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI.)
Carr will provide information on the latest trends in condo maintenance and outline the cost benefits of conducting a reserve fund study as part of the Essentials agenda which also includes topics on insurance, finance and legal issues facing condominium board members and trustees.
With more than 30 years of engineering experience, extensive knowledge of building inspections and hundreds of completed transition and reserve fund studies, Carr is not only a frequent presenter for the CAI, he is a Condo Media board member and writes a monthly article for the publication that has a national circulation of over 2,000.
