Brewer Rehab receives a Customer Service Quality Award

BREWER, Maine – Brewer Rehabilitation is proud to announce its latest achievement; becoming a Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement-accredited facility through Providigm. Brewer Rehab also earned a 2013 Embracing Quality Award from Providigm for Customer Service, one of four standards of excellence.

This Quality Award is given to top performing nursing homes in the United States and Canada. The award is based on standards for excellence in continually striving for quality improvement related to the care and quality of life given to nursing home residents. Achievement is measured by results from Providigm’s Abaqis survey, which enables participating facilities to monitor their quality of care and satisfaction the same way state surveyors do during annual inspections.

Brewer has worked hard to improve our customer satisfaction through many avenues and is pleased to see the results recognized. This newest accomplishment adds to our National recognition from the American Healthcare Association as a Silver level Quality Award winner.
