STATEWIDE — Plants Unlimited, on route 1 in Rockport is organizing a chartered trip to Boston on Saturday April 14, for shopping or exploring Boston.

Buses will pick up at Belfast at 6 a.m., Camden at 6:30 a.m., Rockland at 6:45 a.m., Thomaston at 7 a.m. and Waldoboro at 7:20 a.m. Other pickups can be arranged anywhere from Bangor to Falmouth. After a brief stop at the rest area in Kennebunk, the bus will arrive at 10:30 a.m. at Quincy Market/ Haymarket.

This is within easy walking distance to the North End Italian restaurants and shops, the New England Aquarium, The Freedom Trail, the Washington Street Downtown Shopping District and the Haymarket and Quincy Market area.

This is not a guided tour. Passengers will have the complete day to explore Boston with our bus departing at 5:45 p.m. for our return to the midcoast around 9:30 p.m.
