BANGOR, Maine — The Basics of Starting a Business, a nine hour class, will be held 9:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 18 and 25, and Oct. 2, at the UMA-Bangor Campus in Bangor. The class will cover the basics of a business plan, marketing and cash planning, and is suitable to those thinking about or in the early start-up phase of a new business.Advance registration is required.
