BANGOR, Maine —  Bangor Ballet will be hosting auditions for their second production of the 2012-2013 season, “Salute to the Troops” 4-5:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, at the Thomas School of Dance.

Any and all intermediate to advanced ballet dancers in the state of Maine are encouraged to audition. Auditions will be held at the Thomas School of Dance, 14 State Street, in Bangor. Girls on pointe should come prepared to audition on pointe.

Performances of “Salute to the Troops” will be held at 7 p.m.  Saturday, Nov. 3, at the Gracie Theatre in Bangor, and 4 p.m.  Sunday, Nov. 11, at Center Theatre in Dover-Foxcroft.
