BROOKLIN, Maine — Atlantic Boat Company has completed Plymouth Yacht Club’s new DUFFY-26 Launch. The launch successfully passed the 24+1 stability test for its 24-passenger capacity and received a temporary COI from the United States Coast Guard.
Earlier this year, Plymouth Yacht Club members authorized the build of Hull No. 78 with the optional 75hp Yanmar diesel power plant, Model 4JH4-TE.
Located in historic Plymouth, MA, and situated on Cape Cod Bay, Plymouth Yacht Club is one of the oldest yacht clubs in America, founded in 1890.
Plymouth Yacht Club joins a number of other clubs taking delivery of the Duffy-26 Launch since last year: Portland Yacht Club’s JAMES M. CHURCHILL (Falmouth, ME), Larchmont Yacht Club’s LYC IX (Larchmont, NY), and Hull Yacht Club’s ALLERTON (Hull, MA).
