PORTLAND, Maine — Sergio A. Gaddar, a Maine licensed architect specializing in project design development and process management, has joined WBRC Architects/Engineers as project manager at its Portland office.

Gaddar has extensive recent experience on projects throughout southern Maine across many sectors, including healthcare, hospitality, educational, residential and mixed use. He is also an experienced master planner and is a LEED accredited professional in building design and construction.

Gaddar earned a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Mexico, and has completed professional studies at Harvard University in campus planning and project management, and post-graduate work at the University of Southern Maine in community planning and development. He has been a part of some of Maine’s most innovative projects,including University of New England, The Jackson Laboratory, Maine Medical Center, the University of Maine Farmington and Thomas College.
