SOUTHWEST HARBOR — The Arthur Russell Strings, a weeklong summer chamber music program July 2-9, provides young Maine musicians of all levels the opportunity to develop musicianship in a supportive community atmosphere. A reception with refreshments will follow in the patio by the Clark Point Room.
