PORTLAND< MAine — Join us for the Martin Luther King Jr. Observance Breakfast Celebration sponsored by the NAACP Portland Branch. The keynote speaker will be Rinku Sen, President & Executive Director, Applied Research Center. This celebration will include a live stream of the presidential inauguration.
