Northern New England Poison Center
We provide immediate treatment advice for poison emergencies, as well as information about poisons and poison prevention, 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
Spruce Run (domestic violence advocacy)
Our services include a 24-hour hotline; emergency shelter; support and education groups;transitional housing and services; children’s services; youth-based prevention programs;advocacy, consultation, and collaboration within the child protective, legal, and other systems; andtraining and education designed to foster a coordinated community response to domestic violence.
Rape Response Services
RRS provides a confidential, 24-hour, toll free hotline staffed by trained professionals who offer support to anyone affected by sexual violence. Information is provided about medical services, procedures involved in reporting and prosecuting the crime, mental health services, and how to support a victim/survivor.

Alcoholics Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism.
The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking. There are no dues or fees for A. A. membership; we are self-supporting through our own contributions. A. A. is not allied with any sect, denomination, politics, organization or institution; does not wish to engage in any controversy; neither endorses nor opposes any causes. Our primary purpose is to stay sober and help other alcoholics to achieve sobriety.

We have but one purpose: to help families and friends of alcoholics. If you feel you have been affected by someone’s drinking, you are welcome at Al-Anon and Alateen meetings.
