Woodland Boys Soccer 3 at Shead 4


At Eastport, Nick Barnes scored his third goal of the game with two minutes remaining in the second overtime, lifting the undefeated Tigers past the Dragons.
Barnes and Drew Greenlaw scored first-half goals for 9-0-1 Shead, but Woodland (4-5) responded with goals from Clay White and Tyler Cochran to make it 2-2 at the half.
Barnes’ penalty kick in the second half did not stand up as Cochran tallied his second goal for the Dragons. Assists in the game came from Brennin Consalvi and Drew Greenlaw for the Tigers and Nathan Lozier and Damon Lincoln for the Dragons.
Ryan Eylar made 12 saves on 15 shots for Shead, while James Lee had 10 saves on 14 shots for Woodland.
