At Brewer High’s Coffin Field, Abby Burgess tossed a six-inning one-hitter and Kristen Wilcox drove in three runs with a triple and a single as Hermon completed a doubleheader sweep of East Machias’ Washington Academy.

Burgess struck out six and didn’t walk anyone.

Shannon Graves had two singles and Gabby Bryant and Sami Schultz each doubled for 13-1 Hermon. Schultz scored three runs.

Krysten Fabri singled for 1-11 Washington Academy.
