At Fort kent on Sunday, Sherifatu Sumaila scored a hat trick and had an assist, while Briana Mills chipped in with two assists. The Bengals defense shutout an opponent for the fifth consecutive match. Kelsi Lanphear began the game scoring off a one timer from 30 yards out that floated over the goalies head. 16 minutes later Sumaila scored her first of the contest taking a Mills through ball and poking it to the left hand side of goal. Marie-Laurence Montagne scored one minute later and Sumaila scored her second with four minutes to go in the half.
Sumaila completed her hat trick with 16 minutes left in the game off a pass from Kendra Fruend. Valentina Green and Katie Condon combined in goal for the Bengals to earn the victory.
