At Bucksport, senior Tine Hjelle recorded four goals and Hannah Ashmore contributed three more to help the Bucks roll past the Sumner Tigers.
Hjelle opened the scoring just 15 seconds into game and assisted both goals by Ashmore at 36:43 and 35:43 in the first half.
Bucksport finished the first half with goals from Cassy Coombs and Madison Cyr for a 6-0 lead. Coombs added three assists in the game.
Hjelle opened the second half with two goals and Emily Hunt scored two driving headers into the net, one on a corner kick from Zoe Hosford. Hosford also scored and assisted Victoria Rich, who rounded off the scoring for the 2-1 Bucks.
Goalies Kala Young and Gabriella Richardson combined to make 22 saves on 45 shots for Sumner (0-2). Bree Coombs faced no shots in the Bucksport win.
