At Hampden, Bangor Christian’s three pitchers combined for a no-hit shutout and scored nine runs in the first inning to win their season-opener against Schenck.
Leading the offense for the Patriots were Cody Collins with four RBIs (double, homer), Tucker Rice with three RBIs (2 singles) and Seth Pearson with two RBIs (2 doubles, 1 single). Josh Palmeter and Kyle Holmes each had two singles and Josh Viekman and Levi Stedman had one single apiece.
