Orono Football 48 at Mount View 26

At Thorndike on Saturday, the Red Riots surged to a 28-point halftime advantage on the way to their fourth win of the season.
Damie Heeger scored two touchdowns for Orono, while Collin Clement provided a scoring run and a conversion rush. Cam Mowrer returned an interception for a touchdown and tallied a two-point conversion, Kyrin Dana ran back a kickoff for a score and Lewis Hansen added a TD scamper.
Chad Orn threw a 25-yard scoring pass to Keenan Collett for the 4-3 Red Riots.
Steven Davis led Mount View (3-4) with 176 yards rushing and a touchdown. Freshman Darrin Cook netted 148 rushing yards and two touchdowns.
Kenny McGray scored the other Mustang touchdown and Matt Wheeler added a conversion rush.
