Old Town Softball 7 at Caribou 4

At Caribou, Kendra Hayward struck out 14 Caribou hitters in seven innings while giving up four runs in picking up the win for the Coyotes in the first game of a doubleheader.

Leading the way for Old Town were Susie Outman who was 4-for-4 with 4 singles, along with Rachel Martin who was 3-for-5 with two doubles and Megan Leighton was 2-for-4 with a double.

Caribou was led by Amber Bonewicz who was 3-for-4 with two doubles and two RBI and Kelsie Espling and Jordyn Doucette who each had two singles.
