KENNEBUNK, Maine — The Noble softball team dropped a tight 5-4 Western Maine Class A decision at Kennebunk on Monday.
Amber Kelly went all six innings, whiffing six batters, walking three and surrendering eight hits and three earned runs.
Deven Goss led the offense going 3 for 3 with four RBIs, including a three-run home run (her seventh of the season). Nicole Lanoie was 2 for 4 and Tori Cormier had a double.
Noble hosts Marshwood on Wednesday. Kennebunk is 9-4.
