Morse Football 28 at Old Town 36

At Old Town, Ethan Swedberg rushed for 218 yards and two touchdowns and Braden Upshaw ran for 115 yards and three TDs as Old Town won its first game for first-year head coach Nick Arthers.

Swedberg, who carried the ball 31 times, scored on runs of 19 and 54 yards and Upshaw cashed in on runs of two, nine and 40 yards. Upshaw had 17 carries.

Old Town built a 36-1 4 lead and withstood a late rally by the 2-4 Shipbuilders from Bath.

D’Vaughan Myers ran for a pair of touchdowns spanning two and five yards for Morse and he caught a 70-yard TD pass from Kevin McKellar.

McKellar also threw a 25-yard TD pass to Keegan Drouin.
