In game one of a twinbill, The Vikings’ Noah Frost powered the offense with three doubles and a single, driving in three runs and scoring three times as Caribou prevailed 16-6 over MCI in 6 innings.
Mason Patten pitched four innings for the win and Sebastian Marquis threw two scoreless and hitless innings of relief for the Vikings.
The Huskies’ Pedro Matos drilled a three-run home run to right field and singled to lead MCI.

In game two, MCI plated four unearned runs on four Vikings’ errors to rally for win.
Caribou scored twice in the sixth and left runners on second and third in the seventh as relief pitcher Kempton Roy retired the final two batters for 2-8 MCI.
Dom Wilson had two of MCI’s six hits. Norman Duncombe got the win pitching six-plus innings.
For 4-7 Caribou, Noah Frost and Alex Ezzy each doubled while Cullin Caverhill had two singles.
