Katahdin Girls Basketball 58 at Greater Houlton Chr. 57

At Hodgdon, the Cougars held off a furious Greater Houlton Christian Academy rally to earn the win.
The Cougars used Megan Merry’s 10 third-quarter points to open up a 12-point lead before the Eagles began their comeback.
Merry led Katahdin (3-13) with 18 points, while Ashley Randall added 13, Molly Cunningham 12 and Morgan Livezey 11.
Olivia Lord’s 15 points led GHCA (1-12). Colby Walker added 14 points, Rylee Warman 12 and Destinee Neureuther 10.
