John Bapst Softball 1 at Hermon 6

At Hermon, Abby Burgess tossed a four-hitter, striking out six and walking two,  and Sami Schultz doubled and singled to lead 15-1 Hermon past John Bapst of Bangor.

Burgess singled twice to help her cause and Rayshell Gagne also singled twice.  Meg Whitney had a base hit.

Molly Joyce doubled for  4-12 John Bapst.  MacKenzie Hayman had an RBI single and Katie Hammond and Darby Paul also had base hits.

Rilee Walker went the distance for John Bapst, striking out three and walking one while allowing seven hits.
