John Bapst Baseball 6 at Ellsworth 4

At Ellsworth, Josh Baker hit three singles, knocked in a run and scored twice to lead the Crusaders of Bangor past the Eagles.
Tom Burns, Andy Catlin and Nolan Webber added a pair of singles each, and Burns also had two RBIs for John Bapst. Evan Pelkey earned the win by posting eight strikeouts and allowing two walks and three earned runs.
Brandon Braley paced Ellsworth with a double and two singles, while Dustin Smelley and Conor Maguire had two singles and an RBI apiece. Maguire took the loss despite giving up only two earned runs. He struck out six and walked two.
