Hermon Boys Basketball 46 at Ellsworth 63


At Ellsworth on Wednesday night, the Eagles jumped out to an early first-half lead with a good defensive effort and a balanced scoring attack that had nine players scoring.

Ellsworth was led by senior Steven Mahon’s 20 points and Derek Look’s 10 rebounds.

Hermon stayed even with Ellsworth in the second half and was able to put 34 points on the board before the Eagles pulled away for the win. The Hawks were led by senior Tyler Thayer’s 18 points, Tyler Beaton’s 9 points and Ryan Kelly’s 9 points.
