At Caribou, Olivia Nash scored her second goal of the game off a Maddie Curtis assist with 9:56 left in the second overtime, lifting ninth-seeded Hermon to a Class B quarterfinal upset of No. 1 Caribou.
Hermon (12-3-1) scored 6:12 into the game when Curtis headed in a cross from Nash. Caribou (13-2) tied it with 10:34 to play in the half when Willow Whitten scored off a rebound.
Nash converted an Allison Treat pass to score 4:34 into the second half for the Hawks, but the Vikings equalized when Searra Herbert scored off a Ashley Matlock cross with 21:14 left.
Megan Chamberlin made 9 saves on 24 shots for Hermon while Caribou’s Jaelynn Doody and Sage Dubay combined for 4 saves on 9 shots.
