At Jackman, Derek Oullette hit a three-run homer and Ray Petrin followed with a two-run shot, both in the first inning to propel Forest Hills to victory in the second game of its doubleheader with Greenville.

That outburst gave the Tigers a 6-4 lead, then there was no more scoring until Greenville’s Cody Mills tied the gamewith a two-run single in the top of the fifth, only to have Forest Hills counter with eight unanswered runs in the bottom of the sixth.

Derek Oullette pitched a complete game for the Tigers as they handed defending Class D state champion Greenville its first loss of the season.

Tristan Richards, Trevor Richards and Howie Stone all took the mound for the Lakers.
