Greenville Baseball 3 at Buckfield 4

At Buckfield, the Bucks rallied for two runs in the bottom of the seventh inning to earn the victory over Greenville in the second game of a doubleheader.

Both teams knocked in two runs in the first inning. The Lakers took the lead in the fourth when Matt DiAngelo scored from third base on a throwing error.

That score held until the bottom of the seventh when the Bucks were able to score two runs to end the game. Trevor Averil, Austin Dooley, Dalton Hart and Cody White each singled for Buckfield with Averil knocking in the winning run. Jonah Williams picked up the win, scattering five hits with one walk and nine strikeouts.

Tristan Trevor, Stephen Richards, Sean Mills and Matt DiAngelo each singled for Greenville.
