Gray-New Gloucester Girls Soccer at Wells 1

WELLS — Taylor Darnell led a group of four players to register goals Tuesday as Gray-New

Gloucester hustled to a 4-1 victory over Wells in WMC girls’ soccer action.

Anna Knapp, Alex Moelleur and Sarah Giggey also tallied for the Patriots (2-1) to complete the  scoring.

Sophie Lamb netted the lone goal for Wells. Sam Wilkins and Zoey Adams combined efforts in the  cage for Gray-New Gloucester, making nine saves to notch the win. Kaitlyn Tufts turned aside seven shots in the cage for Wells.
