Dexter Football 21 at Stearns 6

At Millinocket, senior quarterback Trevor Fogarty amassed 246 yards of total offense and threw for a pair of touchdowns to lead Dexter to its second win.

Fogarty connected on a 50-yard scoring strike to junior Matt Bartlett in the opening period, then hooked up with junior Daytona Gould on a 37-yard touchdown toss in the second quarter. Senior running back Ethyn Gould added a 3-yard touchdown run as the 2-1 Tigers build a 21-0 lead at intermission.

Fogarty ended the night five-for 15 passing for 134 yards while adding 112 yards on 13 carries on the ground.

Stearns (0-3) had the lone score of the second half when the Minutemen marched 70 yards in five plays capping the drive on a 12-yard touchdown run by junior quarterback Damean Newbury late in the fourth quarter.

Junior Nick Dumas led the Stearns offense with 80 yards rushing on five carries.
