Central Aroostook Girls Soccer 1 at Fort Fairfield 3

At Fort Fairfield,  Janaè Libby scored the winning score with a head goal off a corner kick from Logan Bubar 28:45 into the second half to lift Central Aroostook past the Tigers.

Central Aroostook’s Molly Anthony scored 10:44 into the game to give the Panthers the 1-0 lead. Logan Bubar of Fort Fairfield (9-2) answered with a goal to tie the game before the half. The Tigers came back with Abbey Player scoring 3:49 into the second half before Libby’s goal sealed the win for the Panthers.

Goalie April Santiago made 10 saves on 20 shots for Central Aroostook and Sarah Watt had 5 saves on 8 shots for 5-6 Fort Fairfield.
